Hot Yoga

We're heating things up in our Mind-Body Studio with the addition of heated Flow Yoga, Body Flow and Total Body Fusion! Come try one of our warm (83-93 degrees) or hot (95-105) classes to experience all the benefits of infrared heating: increased flexibility, increased circulation, detoxification & pain relief. 

Class participants must bring their own yoga mats. We also recommend a yoga mat towel. Please be sure to bring water - hydrate before, during & after class!
