The first-floor strength training area features ample free weights, a variety of Hammer-Strength, Matrix, and TechnoGym selectorized equipment, cable systems and functional training space. The second-floor cardio space will get your heart pumping with industry-leading equipment, including pieces from Woodway, FreeMotion, Precor, Matrix, Jacob's Ladder and more.

Stone Creek's team of fitness professionals will help you achieve your goals with fun, challenging and safe workouts for all levels. Explore new workouts with our extensive group fitness schedule, featuring more than 75 complimentary group fitness classes per week. Or enlist the expertise of our nationally certified personal trainers, Pilates or TRX instructors to guide you through one-on-one or small group workouts. Wellness Seminars

Stone Creek’s Wellness Seminar Series is a year-long educational initiative designed to empower our members with practical, science-backed tools to support long-term health, performance, and recovery. In 2026, our Fitness Department is partnering with Ochsner Health and the Movement Science Center to host expert-led seminars that break down complex topics into clear, actionable takeaways. From women’s health and hormone-informed training to glucose management, injury prevention, mobility, and pain reduction, each 45-minute session is designed to help members better understand their bodies, train smarter, and feel their best—both inside and outside the club.

Thursday, January 29th at Noon - Women's Health: Post Partum Wellness & Training with The Movement Science Center

The postpartum phase involves significant physiological changes of the musculoskeletal, hormonal, and cardiovascular systems. Join us for our upcoming seminar in partnership with the Movement Science Center to learn about pregnancy-related diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, and chronic pain.
