Cardio Area

Our spacious cardio area features a wide array of equipment, including Woodway Treadmills, Free Motion Incline Trainers, recumbent bikes & elliptical trainers, Precor Adaptive Motion Trainers, Nautilus Step Mills, Octane Lateral Motion Trainers and more. Each piece of equipment is outfitted with its own LCD television screen and is iPodŽ compatible. In addition, Stone Creek is proud to feature the new StarTrac eSpinner, a virtual Spinning class at your fingertips. 

Our fitness team is happy to help you get started or back on track with your cardio routine. We will recommend a variety of equipment based on your goals and needs.

To enhance our members' experience, the Stone Creek cardio area is restricted to adults 18 & older between 11am-1pm Monday-Friday and 5:30pm-7:00pm Monday-Thursday.
