Childcare Policies

We are proud to offer a safe, clean and fun environment for children, while their parents enjoy Stone Creek’s fitness and/or spa facilities. Children ages 6 weeks to 13 years who are included on a family membership receive up to two free hours in Pebble Creek per day. Our friendly and professional staff is dedicated to making sure your children are well cared for. We select activities that are entertaining, educational and developmentally appropriate for your child. Our goal is to promote physical activity in a way that is fun and engaging for your child(ren).

All Pebble Creek employees are highly trained and are CPR/AED certified.

Attendance & Extended Care
By state law, children may not exceed 12.5 hours per week in our childcare facility. Our policy has always been that children may be checked into Pebble Creek for up to 2 hours per day - this assumes that members would not use the full 2 hours every single day of the week. Parents must remain on premises, except for special events such as Parent's Night Out.

Charges do apply for any overages beyond the 2 hours granted with a family membership. (5-15 minutes over = $5 for the first child; $3 for each additional member child.) All children must be picked up by Pebble Creek's posted closing time, or the overage fee applies.

Extended care is available for up to one additional hour for a fee. This option is meant to be used for occasional special circumstances - it is not available as a daily option. ($10 for the first member child; $6.50 for each additional member child.)

What to Bring
Please bring diapers, wipes, an extra change of clothes, bottles, etc. You are welcome to bring snacks for your child, and you may also order food from our Café to be delivered to your child in Pebble Creek. For everyone’s safety, we do not allow any peanut products in Pebble Creek.

Sick Policy
Children who are ill are asked to refrain from using Pebble Creek until they are symptom free for 24 hours. We reserve the right to send any child home if they have contagious symptoms. Pebble Creek is not authorized to administer any medication.

Security
Safety is our first priority at Pebble Creek. Parents will be asked to complete a registration form, including emergency contact information, allergies, etc. for each child that will use Pebble Creek. A parent or pre-designated guardian will be required to sign the child(ren) in and out each day.
