Murph Workout Challenge
Join us Saturday May 25th, 2024 at 8:15 AM on the Stone Creek basketball court to honor our military, fallen soldiers and veterans. All participants will receive a patriotic Stone Creek hat. All proceeds/donations from this workout will go towards the Gary Senise Foundation.
The Murph:
- 1 mile run
- 100 pullups
- 200 pushups
- 300 air squats
- 1 mile run
We will have various modification options for all fitness levels. You can choose to do a half workout, split the workout with a partner and can sub out any portion of the workout for another exercise. Pullups can be modified to either a bent over row or banded pull aparts.
Please arrive at 8:15 am (or a bit earlier) to setup your workout station, warm up, etc.
We will begin the workout on the basketball court PROMPTLY at 8:30am.
**9:45am Boot Camp will NOT be held on this day**
